I walked into your Orland store and met Lauren Burton. And it was like I had just met with my best friend. Everything about her was welcoming! Thanks to the designer, Lauren, at the Orland Park show who patiently worked with us to pick out a new sofa and chair for our small house. Not a high-end customer, was leery perhaps out of place at WES. Lauren was 100% invested in helping us find something not only within our budget but helped us visualize how just a couple pieces of furniture could brighten up our small MCM house and living room. She also brought in samples of an area rug that would pull it all together, when I had not even thought about that. While the wait for the furniture is months off, the service and quality is worth it. Thanks Lauren!

When I needed to furnish my new townhome, I decided to shop all the better stores in the Chicagoland area. Then I met designer Lauren at the Orland Park WES location and knew I wouldn't have to look any further! She listened, had valuable opinions and observations, made recommendations and above all was patient. Choosing furniture and colors/patterns is not easy, but Lauren worked tirelessly until I was happy. She offered to meet at my home, meet at the outlet, followed up with calls and emails through it all, what more could I ask for! WES is pricey, no doubt, but the beautiful couches, chair, ottomans and accessories I purchased ooze timeless style and build quality I'll enjoy for a very long time. When I did have an issue due to Covid and timing, WES was more than responsive and met my concerns beyond my expectations.
