Cancellations and Refunds
Within 24 Hours: Special orders and warehouse stock can be cancelled if Smithe is notified within 24 hours of order placement.
After 24 Hours: special orders and warehouse stock up to $5000 can be cancelled prior to delivery after a 30% cancellation fee is paid. No other cancellations or refunds are available after delivery.
Clearance sales are final.
Accessories purchased off the showroom floor may be returned for a full refund within 14 days if in like new condition. A copy of the receipt and photo ID are required.

Returns and Exchanges
Most special orders can be exchanged if requested within 14 days of delivery. No exchanges are available after 14 days. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value on like items. Refunds are not available on unused balances. Client pays a 10% fee and any additional amount due prior to placement of the new order. A 25% fee applies to pillows, ottomans, and bedding. Exchange orders must be entered within 30 days of original delivery, and are final sales. Client will pay additional delivery costs for exchange delivery. No exchanges or returns on clearance/final sale merchandise, price matched orders, fabric yardage, Reupholstery, refinishing, mattresses, window treatments, or highly customized items. Smithe reserves the right to deny any exchange request.
