Most people only write to complain. I am writing to shower the highest praises on Diana Annin. I met her because I did an online request for information on an area rug on your website. During my first in-person meeting with her, I immediately knew she was the designer for me. She asked questions, she listened, wasn’t forceful nor did she try to get me to change what I like.

With rugs, we went through them all, looked on-line, then she ordered more samples and found it! Her patience with me second guessing myself was so nice. Then the 2 area rugs and runner turned into a new chair and ottoman, nesting tables, reupholstering my dining room chairs, pillows, and exchanging artwork for “wow” pictures. She helped with every decision, sizes of art, accessories, even napkins and placemats, texting sometimes when she wasn’t even at work. She helped pick styles and colors that I could build on. We already talked about getting new couches. I am a happy, happy customer and beyond happy with Diana’s style, her opinions and her guidance. She has been exceptional and I am looking forward to working with her for more stuff!!!!
