I am writing to tell you about the outstanding job of one of your employees, Catherine Piscitelli, has done, and continues to do, furnishing my home with furniture from Walter E. Smithe. I purchased my home in the summer of 2004. At that time, I needed to furnish nearly every room in the house. I did not know where to begin or who I could trust to help me with this monumental task. Fortunately, a very good friend of mine referred me to Cathy at your Oak Brook Store.
I called Cathy and she immediately set up an appointment to meet with me. Before suggesting any particular furniture, Cathy came to my home to measure each room. She then designed several floor plans for me to consider. I was extremely pleased with the furniture options and the room designs that she created. It was clear to me that Cathy had put a great deal of time, effort, and thought into each of the floor plans. The first plan she showed me was ideal, and each plan after that was even better!
Over the past year and a half, I have purchased all my furniture from Smithe and have followed each of Cathy’s room designs. Through Cathy’s efforts, I have furnished my master bedroom, daughter’s bedroom, home office, living room, dining room, and family room with furniture from Walter E. Smithe. I am extremely pleased with the look, craftsmanship, and quality of each of the furniture pieces that she selected. I plan to continue to rely upon Cathy and her creative skills to help us furnish the remainder of our home. I will certainly refer every person I know to Cathy for all of their home furnishing needs.
