"My hat goes off to the Orland Park Walter E. Smithe Furniture Store, and especially to Sales Manager- Michelle R., who helped me thoroughly in my furniture purchases. I literally had just purchased furniture at another furniture store in Orland Park, and was on my way home. I drove by Walter E. Smithe, and something drew me to turn my car around and go into that store. Well, it was the best decision of the day. I walked in, browsed a bit, and Michelle asked if she could help. Within an hour or so, I had found what I liked, now it was time to see if it worked within the room size. With my measurements, Michelle worked with my design and it all came together. I truly had my own designer assist with every step, and all within my price range. I never experienced the service that Walter E. Smithe provided anywere else... - from the moment I walked into the store, to the delivery, and even assisting with the final touches and coming over to see how the room/furnithure worked. "Just a note to let you know what a wonderful experience we had with your company. After spending a long day of warehouse furniture shopping and dodging pushy salesmen we popped into your Orland Park Showroom. We were acknowledged immediately but were allowed to explore without being followed around. When Michelle Rodnick came back to check on us we were ready with questions. The free design service was exactly what we needed since the room was oddly shaped and we were transforming it from a kid’s rec. room to an adult area. Michelle visited our home and made the process easy and exciting. The delivery team was also fantastic. From scheduling to installation, everything went seamless. The guys that came out with our furniture were actually excited to transform the empty space. Thank you for providing quality products, skilled salespeople/Designers and customer service staff.
