I'd like to give an overdue, but outstanding review of your Senior Designer, AnDenice Moser at your Arlington Heights store. AnDenice coordinated with our decorator, Carmen Boyer, from White Oak Interiors, to furnish our newly built home last year. They both guided us through the selection process of family room furniture, dining set, counter stools, foyer sideboard, and guest room bed. To say this task was overwhelming to us is an understatement. However, they broke the process down tino separate rooms and referred to our blueprint. They both honed in on our sense of style and color preferences as a starting point. At our store meetings we were given a presentation of furniture styles, and selected color samples (fabric and wood). They were very prepared and had an uncanny ability to listen to our needs and wants. Instead of showing us a wall of fabric samples, they found some selections to propose, making it much easier. As we gave our input, they tweaked the proposals, until we came up with choices we were very pleased with. The personal service carried over for months, from the ordering, finding the best possible pricing, follow up questions on products, coordination of delivery, and even replacement of the bed when the adjustable base did not work with the frame. AnDenice and Carmen troubleshooted every possible question we sent their way. We were most appreciative of their partnership, making the process seamless.
