PICK UP HOURS:
- M-TH: 8-8
- FRI: 8-2
- SAT: 11-5
- Other hours available by appointment
UPON ARRIVAL:
- Enter East Driveway as shown in diagram below.
- Look for “PICK UP” sign on Building. Back up to dock #3
- Press the intercom button. A supervisor will open the dock door and load your items.
- While Smithe staff can assist in loading, Clients are ultimately responsible to ensure pick ups are securely loaded and safe to transport. Smithe is not liable for any issues resulting from unsafe loading. Smithe offers local delivery for $69.
- Complimentary Coffee, soda and restrooms are available.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH & WEST
- From I-90: Take 53 south 2 miles to Biesterfield Road. Take a right at the end of the ramp and Go West on Biesterfield to the first light which is Rohlwing Rd.
- Turn left onto Rohlwing Road. Drive South on Rohlwing 1 mile. Cross over the Elgin-O’Hare expressway to Thorndale Ave, which is the second light past the expressway.
- Turn right on W. Thorndale and you’ll see our warehouse on your right.
FROM THE SOUTH & EAST
- Take 355 N to Lake Street. Exit East on Lake to the first light, Rohlwing Road.
- Go North 2 miles to W. Thorndale Avenue which is the 4th traffic signal by the 7-11. Our warehouse is on the NW corner.
