Warranties
From the frame to the throw pillows, Walter E. Smithe Guarantees every item we make! We offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, springs, and cushion cores.  Our fabrics and leathers are guaranteed for two years and if you have your furniture Smithe-Koted, we will cover stains on your fabric for five years.  All warranty coverage is full service and user friendly so you will feel good about your purchase many years down the road.

Unlike our competitors, we have our own fleet of meticulously maintained trucks specially designed with extra soft suspensions to ensure safe delivery of your furniture.  Our drivers are carefully selected, screened and trained to make the most professional and courteous delivery you will ever experience.  They are equipped with mobile telephones so you can call them to narrow down your delivery window.
